Our Neuro Village Pty Ltd (ABN 43 945 422 428) runs this website and the Our Neuro Village app. You can reach us at admin@OurNeuroVillage.com.au.

Account details: your name, email address and password.

Village details: the names and support needs of the people you add to your village, including children and clients.

Everyday use: routines, schedules, mood check ins, notes, meals and communication board activity.

Billing: your subscription plan and payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Technical: basic device and browser information needed to keep the app working.

Some of what you enter is sensitive, including information about disability, diagnosis and support needs. We only collect it because you choose to enter it, and only to provide the service. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Accounts are held by adults. A parent, carer or guardian is responsible for what they enter about a child. Professionals must have consent from the client or their guardian before entering client information.

Supabase, which stores your data. Stripe, which processes payments. Netlify, which hosts the site and app. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your information.

Your village information is stored in Supabase's Sydney region, so everything you enter stays on servers in Australia. Stripe and Netlify are global providers, so limited billing and technical information may be handled overseas by them.

When you invite a professional into your village, they can see what you share with them. You can remove their access at any time.

Your data sits behind account level security rules so that only your own account can read or write your information. Traffic is encrypted. We keep the number of people who can reach production data as small as possible.

Export your data at any time from inside the app. Correct anything through your profile. Ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing admin@OurNeuroVillage.com.au.

If a data breach happens that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
