Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ourneurovillage.com.au or the Our Neuro Village app, run by Our Neuro Village Pty Ltd (ABN 43 945 422 428).

You need to be 18 or over to hold an account. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial. No card is needed to start. At the end of the trial you choose a plan to keep using the app.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe.

The Founding Member rate is limited to the first 100 members and stays at that price while the subscription continues without a break.

Cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If something goes wrong with the service you may be entitled to a refund or another remedy. For anything else, email admin@OurNeuroVillage.com.au and we will do our best to sort it out.

Our Neuro Village is an organising and communication tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. Always follow the advice of your doctor or allied health team.

The platform is designed to sit comfortably alongside NDIS supports. Whether a particular cost is claimable is a matter for you and your plan manager.

What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so we can run the service for you.

Do not use the app to harm anyone, break the law, or try to reach information that is not yours.

We aim to keep the app running but cannot promise it will never be unavailable.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
